Refunds

Changed plans? Full refunds until 25 October, 50% until 8 November, and free name changes on any ticket until the gates open. After 8 November tickets are non-refundable but remain transferable once, free of charge, through the box office.

Cancelled event

If Foxglove Ballroom Live is cancelled outright, every order is refunded in full automatically — no forms, no queues. If a single night is cancelled, affected ticket holders choose between a pro-rata refund and credit toward next year.
